- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆They lost my package and would not help me recover it. They asked me to wait 30 more days and then claim the insurance money. If you ever send anything from this post office double check the zip code that they enter into the computer because mine was incorrect I had to call several times until I finally got someone to help me and it was through a website on the internet.By Abel Muniz, May 13, 2017
